On a serious note, you did stop me to think about something when you mentioned SEC don't pay over fair value. I hadn't even given that a thought until you mentioned it so I just looked at Simply Wall Street's DCF using current published figures for AGI and well this says it all. Perhaps SEC use a different method to DCF for getting a handle on intrinsic value but this certainly shows current market price is significantly overvalued to DCF. If you look at Simply Wall Street's DCF of ALL it has ALL priced at a fair value of $41.98 so their current market price appears to be trading at about a 20% discount to DCF.
