But the big questions are : will the el cheapo takeover offer be accepted by shareholders , when it arrives; and will the directors recommend acceptance ? I have seen a lot of these takeovers, and I have often been amazed at how readily the directors accept very lowball offers. Which raises the question of WHY they do it ?
