    1 for 2 at 15c? They would want a discount. Plus an institutional placement of say 200M at 15c would yield @ $75M, enough for 3 years.

    Non participants would end up with unrisked NAV for Magnolia only of @ 50c for Magnolia only. It will be lucky to see $1 again.
