So NAOS have off-loaded 13,030,000 shares (6.06%) between 13 Dec and 3:38pm, 23 Dec. According to the trading data they could have only done it on 19th and 20th, that is after the Scot Pac announcement. Good chance the buyer is/are related to Scott Pac. It would be even better if unrelated parties bought them.
