Peter R. is an overpaid underachiever. That's a fact. Peter has no control of the finances of the company. He either has no control of meeting the timelines or he intentionally creates fake timelines. So what is he in control of? Apparently, he is able to issue cheap shares. Lind will make a lot of money irrespective of the direction of the share price movement. The worst thing can happen to Lind is that they may end up getting the assets for around 2 million. The number of shares are likely to double and the share price is likely to be stagnant in the next two years.
Note: It appears that Lind sold another 1.5 million shares today (66% profit from last weeks purchase at 0.3 cents).
