Lind are an issue for sure. Lind having a Con Note in Aura is slowly killing us, they need to be removed somehow - let's see how the first Quarter plays out.
ASEAN have been bold in their statements about what needs to be done - and have suggested numerous "ideas" and have suggested removing Lind. With their continued buying, one can only assume they have a plan - and it would most likely require SHs to vote - like we need to for the EGM - we will need to make sure IF we are needed - we are there. Vote for Change.
Whatever those plans may be , SHs will need to get behind ASEAN and show support. With them putting their money where their mouth is - I can't see them allowing Lind to get the assets for $2m, as you suggest.
The EGM vote is still open as things stand - we need to vote. Everyone counts!!
I Will be sticking this out. Yes, it's not great as things stand. But there's an opportunity at the moment to vote for change with the EGM - and IF another opportunity arises to support ASEAN to make further changes, as they've suggested, we need to get behind them as well.
