I haven't been following cash at bank (probably due to lack of above mentioned announcements) to see if a CR is required... but from memory - are we not profitable and cash flow positive ATM?
I would think that CR's would only be again required if they did something growth orientated that didn't (*shock*horror*) include the issue of new shares.
