Well I said we may see a $4 in front of the share price but I did not expect it so quick.... I know we are not there yet, but based on the serious buying in the last 2 weeks, I would expect this Substantial Holder to increase their stake to at least 10%.
My gut feeling is that they are buying for a Private Client who may launch a full Takeover of TRS shares.... If that happens, I expect it to be in the mid $4 region.
