could ask the same question of the other top holders... I think Portsea is another substantial based out of cayman islands too...

Been a while since I have revisted sub holders for SDA... I hope DS Investments and Crown Ocean Capital (another relative newcomer) have taken strategic holdings not short facilitators... pretty much sure that MUFG, Goldmans and UBS are only in there for the short - I feel Norges is there for the short too... but there is an ambigious area there as they were LT holders before things went south
