Ive spoken to one of the overseas investors who has advised he is looking at litigation against the board, at which time he advised that he knew the two other major overseas investors well.
Either this is the reason to want to get out or maybe the fact that the assets are being off loaded to repay debts as the financials certainly dont show they can service the debt
