Yes I fully understand the management flaws in BCC and I also understand that MCIF came on board knowingly into a distressed company. ( they would of done their DD)Had all their ducks lined up in a row, had the board seats and put the company into voluntary administration. Knowingly having in place their backstop.
theres plenty of info out their for those that wish to google on meridian and their shareholders. I just put the article on so people can decide if they have “friendly intentions “for themselves.
i never intended to lead anybody down a negative path.
im a Far holder and have been in and out for more than a decade. I’m optimistic and hope all moves fwd.
