Any company with zero income is going broke and survives at the pleasure of investors at the big end of town kicking in suffient money as required to avoid the event. If they see their interest is best served by an asset grab rather than dividends plus interest on debt.....
Lets say Meridian have a board seat. Will they have advance notice of capital raising strategy/timing? No of course not - board minutes are confidential
