Unless I missed something Meridian are not lending money to FAR so if FAR did go broke they would be in the same boat as the rest of us. They are just shareholders. I would also imagine that it would be difficult to jump ship as to offload the number of shares they have in a fire sale would be very difficult. So as far as I can see there interest lies in FAR's success, just like the rest of us (unless of course you are shorting, then failure is your thing).
Unless I missed something Meridian are not lending money to FAR...
