Meridian are stuck in FAR like the rest of the big holders including FARJOY.
Their only out IMO is a takeover bid and even then both would still be underwater but glad to get out.
I doubt they are here for the dividend although maybe FARJOY once was in these dream time days.
Junior debt still needs to be completed for FAR to be fully financed remember.
What price would they take?
7 or 8 cents IMO.
Then we can all go home and promise not to fall in love with a stock again....lol.

The money they got for the placement should be earmarked for development costs and NOT a plaything for this abysmal management to drill exploration wells on other permits.
They still need about US100m junior finance which they say might be months away.

They will also need to bite the bullet on a 10 for 1 share consolidation.
