10% is a fair chunk but it might just be strategic. New CEO started last week, thus new approach etc. I had a look at a couple of stores over the last week - the products are fine, but they could jazz up the entrances to make them more appealing. TV advertising, whilst expensive, would really help - look at Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolies etc
