The ECT claim is a bit "hit and miss" and certainly isn't in the hands of the coy or SHs. It could easily be dragged on for months - it could easily go to arbitration. To be honest - management will probably mess it up/delay it.
The follow CN from Lind was the absolute last straw for many. It was ridiculous and was used to vote against Preempt- and that failed.
A replacement CN note sounds great. And I'm sure would be backed heavily by SHs. It can't be any worse than current state. Lind have shown their hand - and will continue to sell until they are finished. I think they have about 18-20months to go.
Realistically speaking, we won't be about for that long with them on board.
Change is needed. SHs want new board members who understand SHs.
It just needs someone to be able to get one together. As management wont be able to IMO. And, probably, don't want one as they are protecting Lind and their pay checks. IMO.
IF one is presented to the board and SHs get a say or find out about it - it would be a game changer and a major success, AS LONG AS the new CN holders don't do what Lind are doing.
