Looked at the numbers on this. In the time period for the notice, approx. 140M shares were traded on market, Mr Cozzi picked up 12M of these. In addition, he took up just over a third of the $1.5M private placement in December 2019. Paul Cozzi appears to have quite a successful track record in backing niche rapid growth companies. Obviously he likes the CDX team and the company business plan. Chairman and CEO are heavily invested and incentivised. Bodes well for shareholders. As always, DYOR.
