The problem for Andre is that his old employer, K Mart, is selling much of the same stock as TRS. Other stores like Woolies, Coles and Aldi are also competing. TRS stores are virtually mirror images of each other. They are not in prominent places (keeps the rent down), so shoppers have to seek them out. They're handy if you don't want a big store experience, but I don't know how TRS can really compete in the present environment. Still, Andre is paid the big bucks, so he has to sort it out!!
