Also who knows better than him on how they operate to best create a differential to the competition, don't need to be completely different, just different enough that they don't kill any advantage of scale you have. Tough market to compete in but the competition isn't that strong other than Kmart and Aldi, the rest have either given up and are shrinking/ closing or re-branding stores or going out of business, ie; Harris Scarf, Dimmey's, Target, Big W. The only really strong ones to watch out for is Kmart and to a lesser extent Aldi, whilst Aldi are quite different they do eat a chunk of the TRS market with those middle isle specials, they sucker me all the time
