Plausible deniability. Real intention IMHO is not to scare the normies. He is not going to let the market completely crash as too many 401K plans tied up in it etc. (and Mum's and Dad's and Super in Australia)...........but he is going to use the Deep State's attempt to do so to usher in SYSTEM CHANGE.
