Hi Silent, you would need to first convert your Australian dollar loan valuation amount back to USD to work out the loan value and then apply the 15% to that.
The 15% is on the USD loan value, not the AUD book value.
There is no such thing as US 15%, 15% is 15%, you just st need to know what to apply it to. In this case the USD loan amount.
So no, the rate doesn't jump to 23%, it's 15% of the USD loan value.
