Dr Giles has not bought any shares in Havilah. He is just advising that he was diluted by the rights issue.
Dr Giles has taken over 3 months to advise shareholders that he did not take up any shares in the rights issue. I thought that the ASX rules required much earlier disclose.
He is a wise man, Dr Giles, he was not stupid enough to take up Havilah stock at 10c.
