Buying more.....
This company owns properties which it rents out.
I don't want to offend anyone but unless there is a large amount of virus fatalities then the tenants will keep paying rent.
They wont loose their jobs because they don't have one.
Income ( rent money ) is derived from the government pension.
Again not wanting to offend,this sort of business doesn't loose out when someone dies anyway.
Downside is people not wanting to enter a home I guess. Perhaps some short term costs.
Vaccine on its way wont be a long term issue.
No commentary from the company.
