Frankly most of the eye cases I do can't be postponed more than a week or two. They risk permanent visual loss.
The surgeon does the intra-ocular injections while I go to lunch.
I think people bailing now think that they lower the risk if the trial should fail and will still have the opportunity to buy back in at a decent price if its successful.
Who knows if they are correct. Anyway, the company is well funded, it already has a good trial result for wet AMD, the risk of staying invested is low IMO
