Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-54

I haven't been following the KZIA (Nasdaq) KZA (ASX) arbitrage opportunity, but given I bought yesterday and still have a buy order in today, I thought I would have a look at the price on nasdaq. So, I don't know whether this is something that has just opened up but I see that KZIA closed at 2.88 USD overnight which is the equivalent of 0.467 AUD per KZA share.

I shouldn't be posting this while I have a buy order in but that's a 16.75% arbitrage opportunity right there. We can only assume that more of the ASX listed shares are going to drift into the Nasdaq depository holders hands over time.
