As the developer, NOR would be receiving all payments, less Google fees before the end of the second business day; as per GPAL terms:

If NOR were getting anything close to $50-100k per week, then I doubt they would've raised $200k this very week.

Again, granted Spark are owed a % of the net Google fees but I doubt NOR would be settling with Spark before the end of the second business day. A quick look at NOR's Days Payable average would suggest the same. Further, NOR and Spark may have negotiated a contra/off-set deal against future payments by Spark for services rendered by NOR.
