Simple really, most Telcos/carriers are using end of life voicemail services eg. 101 or 133321
Norwoods Visual Voicemail offering is using the latest tech with much better value for money (imo), Still plenty of exciting game changing updates to come too.
All my opinion, but if it weren't for Covid 19 we'd all be in a much better position.
