perhaps they are looking to get a shell for a backdoor listing.
it seems to have all the hallmarks
no fomo same coy just nibbling up the shares.
perhaps thats been the plan

i dont have the skills or researchability like disco holla 88 growls and roxc so its just a laymans view and i dont want to be lambasted for it although happy to civilly discuss
