where there is smoke there is probably fire. Why would the founder Swinnerton be selling at this time? As for Regal, don't start me. These guys are not investors but traders! Stock goes up 20-30% and they will start selling. Goes down 20% and they start dumping. Worst group ever to get onto a register. What was Swinnerton thinking selling to these guys! Not touching this business now. I have been a holder on an off and have yet to see evidence of a business model that is working here.
