I suggest that you ignore the mad fringe - they seem to be in a parallel universe where there is NO synchronous 1 in 100yr pandemic AND a 1 in 100 yr stock market crash ( the one John Hussman describes as the most overvalued overhyped one in history ) AND the lowest interest rates in 5000yrs AND the greatest QE in history AND the greatest asset bubble in all asset classes in history driven by the greatest debt both personal and government in history ..... they seem indifferent to the fact that despite this the RED management have navigated the company they found and built out of other companies discarded assets, through these unprecedented set of circumstances to being a well funded, unique gold mining company on the verge of transformation into a much larger long life, very profitable entity. All this and a gold bull market the likes of that never seen before.
Well, the management who they don't trust, seem to certainly believe that RED's a very sound undervalued asset. Two announcements yesterday of directors updating their holdings (both bought on market) passed without comment. To this it should be noted, that all directors will take part in the second tranche of the recent CR, which shareholders will vote on in the up coming online AGM - these motions will be overwhelming endorsed. I thought that one of the astute HC traders, steeped in market history would note that insiders buying is a key bullish indicator ?? Directors have very few windows of opportunity. I would humbly suggest that this is the last opportunity to buy RED cheap. P.S. the plant breakdown which affected the last quarter production, which a nervous market over reacted too wasn't planned - it one of those things that happen in mining now & again. BUT this did not derail management from the main game - the development of KOTH as WA next big gold mine ... while continuing to maintain Darlot. Neurotics are psychiatrist's worst nightmare - they seem rational but just won't let go of their obsessions and preoccupations no matter how much evidence and rational arguement you supply them with --- best avoid them other wise they'll drag you into an endless pointless dialogue.
