Looks like it just got sold off with the rest of the market and I have bought because i believe it can return to the highs soon. Business is doing well and if they can show a NPAT of $20m for the full year we can apply a higher PE to a business like this which bring me to a MC of about $300m. I've been monitoring stores around Sydney and am liking what I see (I work in retail). I am getting ready to buy my third parcel but i also have a stop loss in if it goes the other way. Trading looks good to me and hoping to see the breakout soon. I don't believe the market has bottomed but I DO believe that certain stocks have bottomed. Like the reject shop. Not to mention the best performing stock on the US market at the moment is Dollar General, a similar business.
