If you are going to cherry-pick quotes I can counter with this:
"The Company continues to closely manage costs and our revenues are presently tracking in‐line with budget as we push towards profitability"
The point is that IDT has a long track history of pointing to blue sky but not delivering. Let's not get our hopes up off the back of a few carefully chosen words, as this may end in disappointment.
My prediction is less than $250K in revenue for their role helping the government. Time will tell.
