Yes Fox, I think LNG9 have likely reconsidered because they can buy the bits they want from the liquidator for far less than the going concern. The will lose the contracts etc but probably think they can re-acquire these if they are happy to delay - which they probably have to do anyway.
There is less certainty for them this way but much cheaper.

I think the sp is high at the moment. I would have expected 1c by now. Maybe GV has a final shot in his locker to keep it going or maybe he has given up.

It all remains a mystery. Only a few weeks left and then we will find out.
