The fact that the only debt it has is the recent pay day loan suggests that there is some possibility of a return to holders in liquidation. I think Bear Head is a marketable asset in liquidation. Liquidators pay themselves large sums however.
You won’t see any money for a long time that’s for sure. Might take years to sell BH
