Of course the buck stops with the CEO. He should be gone. That's a very different argument from malfeasance being pushed here. It also isn't honest to ignore the undeniable collapse of energy markets or the sp of other second wave players. Nor does the lack of success necessarily mean that everything that could have been done wasn't done.
