I did a search on Hugh Ross Jones (the signatory of this advice)...

I did a search on Hugh Ross Jones (the signatory of this advice) and he’s listed as the managing director and major shareholder in Airwork New Zealand. It’s not clear to me whether he’s buying the shares on his own personal account or on behalf of Airwork. Airwork have a similar business model so he may be looking at putting the two businesses togther. Either way it looks like a positive development.
