PVM still is a substantial holder with 15 million shares. They offloaded two million on good news last week.It appears they are willing to sell below 10 cents. With that in mind, it will be hard for share price to push through 10 Cent barrier at this stage unless they stopped selling or if there is a volume increase.
ONE is in right space for current COVID situation to take advantage of the market. However, it seems long term holders are losing patience or have lost patience to wait any longer considering it has been it has been on continuous decline since 2017 from $6 a share to 6 cents.
