    The question is: What knows Balaton that we as ordinary shareholders do NOT know? Red October news come usually in 4 months timeframe, not convincing I think, usually an ordinary management would not hesitate to comunicate good news/progress reports as soon as posible instead of causing shareholders to think this project is a eventual dud/looser.
