Its a long bow but maybe a link with David Franks. I see that Philip is a doctor who actively works in health care, and David was company secretary at Pulse Health from 2007 through to 2016. Pulse Health specialised in niche hospitals, and acquired one in Forster NSW in 2008, about an hour drive from the medical centre that Philip owned then and still owns at Wauchope. Records indicate Philip was a listed shareholder in Pulse Health by 2008 and was a top 10 holder of PHG by the time it was taken over in 2016. David's been with JCS since 2014, and Philip started buying up somewhere around 2017 from what I can make out based on his rate of accumulation recently, not long after the Pulse Health takeover.
