funds don't work like retail investors they will just do more block trades to funds that want it or keep holding until its liquid enough for them to sell.. Mlx is not liquid enough for them to put on market they will block trade it or sell in the dark pool.
the focus should be on the buyers not the sells l1 or apac have had 0 impact as late. all they where involved in was the voting of apac that's it and have not bought anything.
all I know is my broker said he spoke to Mlx and there will be something announced this month.
