    As you are an "at the coalface" person i.e. with first-hand experience with ALC, I did not wish to hear that an ALC product was just O.K. However, that makes you valuable by providing feedback to ALC.
    We know that they are excellent in that they monitor HotCopper posts but please contact them with your thoughts just to be sure.
