Thank you all so much for those great responses today. I am not that good at crunching the numbers and it will be interesting to see this unfold further. I do feel that the landscape has and is changing as I type. I see some real rental savings coming as we move forward and this should automatically transfer to the bottom line.
You would have to think, brazen88's comment, being changes to some possible competitors, would have positive impacts. It is good to see some shining lights, amongst the gloomy back drop of 2020.
