I'm not always an advocate of Regal = share price bad.

They participated in the CR last year effectively funding the future of the company (at 5c or 35c)

And in a moment of weakness for Josh, bought 10M from him a couple months ago (at 33c).

It is with their shares that we've had this recent rise.

They provide liquidity in order for the churn to occur.

From the recent AFR article - 44852497

Regal Funds Management’s Dr. Craig Collie is recognised as one of Australia’s best healthcare stockpickers, after five years at Macquarie as its lead healthcare analyst.

These guys aren't dummies. They could have just grabbed some stag profit and sold all at 40c at anytime.

They've held 10M shares since October last year. They appear to be offloading some of the 10M they acquired in April.

The last week has seen 1M+ units traded each day. They took 2 months to sell 2.7M.
