Hugh Jones via Kiowa sold 4.5m shares in AQZ to QAN at $2.40 per share back in February 2019, reducing his shareholding from 10.5% to 7%. As one of AQZ principal founding shareholders, surely he didn’t know (and subsequently regretted) selling to QAN.
Interestingly he has now purchased back 1.8m shares to increase his shareholding to 8.4%. As an aviation industry stalwart who knows AQZ well, this is a positive vote in AQZ’s future.
