It is quite feasible and maybe probable that the BOD have not received the Term document as yet. As well its probable that the BOD are still waiting on the valuation they commissioned to come in as well. It would be nearly impossible to produce a valuation document without the PFS and maiden Ore statement. These are due in the next 3 weeks.
This may still have 6 to 10 weeks to play out. However the fact that others are buying suggest we are setup for a competitive bidding process.

This stock is is very good value IMO. We did not need Vultures to tell us what we are knew.

My personal valuation is $80M to $150 as a near term miner with easy walk-up drill targets on known ground.
