I am intrigued by a few things
1. they have 2 or 3 days to declare the changes, but these guys are as 'in your face' as they come; they declare within hours of buying; no trickiness about them; I think I like them!
2. who the heck is selling to them; I think I know of one seller; but that seller must be very willing to sell all their shares at 98.5
3. I love how PEP and Apex and Management can not buy or sell a share as they are now bound by their 'insider' knowledge; PEP and Apex and Management are now along for the ride; they are not driving anymore; enjoy the ride, boys; welcome to our (minority) world
3. will Westoz have interest in joining the Cabal? I have a hope that every substantial buyer of shares will join the Cabal and eventually I will be the only one left as a non rollover; then my few shares can be powerful; but I am a fair man; I will ask for a fair and reasonable price: 1.2157 (or 1.2175)
4. will they have the nerve to vote 'no'? well, consider my point 1. These guys are really out there and in your face; I think a 'no' can roll off their voting tongue and they wont blink an eye
5. I appreciate that unlike the AustFinReview and the few of us around here, there is someone who knows how to do research and value a company and also can sniff out a con job when it appears
6. I need to look up these guys funds; maybe that is a place to invest; hard to find ballsy, intelligent, moral people these days in the finance world
