Gee, I wonder if PEP and Apex and Management are aware of those 7 points. I also wonder if the IBC is aware of those 7 points. I wonder if the Independent Reviewer is aware of those 7 points. I wonder if the court/judge/asic will be made aware of those 7 points.

Of course minority holders and readers here are indeed aware of those 7 points.
