Looks like CS has been buying more on market on behalf of UAC.
Unless I’m getting my wires you only need to file a change in substantial for movements of 1% once you hold above 5%. UAC has increased their interest by less than 1% but has filed anyway...this suggests to me they’re trying to scare off other bidders and encourage small shareholders to sell on market at the current bid price
