They probably bought-in during the capital raising at 1.7,and after they realized there's not much upwards from here, started dumping it from 29 May to 11th June on average price 4.1 - 4.7.
Perfect timing. They did it slow and nice so it doesn't affect SP and scare away retail investors that were in the FOMO buying frenzy.
In the best case they earned around 14 Mil. And retail investors that bought in during last two week will get... well, I don't want to be rude.
