    The retailer rent and landlord discussion is out on AFR, the spirit is the landlord to work with the retailer to ensure they will survive and keep the spot for 2 to 5 year time. Model of paying rent is based on sale volume, on or off line is yet to be decide on the on going discussion...as the discussion go on, retailer, lot of them is not paying rent or pay as month to month basic.

    I think Myer will sit well with this.
